Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak festive seasons such as Raksha Bandhan, order processing may take slightly longer due to high demand.

  • Personalized or customized Rakhi orders may require additional processing time. Any estimated timelines will be mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the package may be returned to us.

Re-delivery charges may apply for returned shipments.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged package

  • Product images

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video

If your shipment is lost while in transit, we will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier but reported missing afterward may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
